Policies

Deposits:

There is a $25 non-refundable deposit that is required to book and will go towards your appointment. 

You are only able to reschedule your appointment ONE time, after that you will be required to pay a new deposit.

There is a $10 deep cleaning fee. Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes free of makeup, lash glue, glitter, etc. I ask that if you are coming from an event or work that you wipe off your makeup before arriving to avoid the fee. 

NO EXTRA GUESTS. Space is very limited. 

Late Policy:

There is a 10 minute grace period, however, there will be a $15 late fee if you are more than 10 minutes late. Please leave early if you live in/pass through a high traffic area. 

If you are more than 30 minutes late with no communication, your appointment will be cancelled And you will be required to pay the full price of the appointment before booking again.  

Remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY. Cash app Is accepted in emergencies, but will require a $10 processing fee.

Please allow space in your schedule for your appointment.  I am very passionate about my work and I strive to provide the best possible quality of extensions, so I will not rush. Also, please have your phone on mute or dnd, I will not answer it or text anyone for you.

In the case that your eyelash extensions shed excessively right after you get them done, I will provide a mini fill only if you contact me within the first 24 hours and show proof. After that, you will need to book and pay for a fill-in. 

If you have a reaction to the eyelashes extensions, please consult your doctor. I will do a free removal, but there will be no refund due to time and products used. 

Face masks are now optional.
